Shipping & Delivery
The Body Complete offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. Because of the extra care we take to ensure your items are received undamaged and in perfect condition, your items may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout. Sign into your account to track your orders.

The Body Complete does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. For example:Large orders (100+ items), delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska, may all delay delivery of your order. Note that Shipping for all products are in US dollars.

* For 1-Day Shipping orders received by noon PST, on a business day, for an item that is in inventory will arrive next business day. Orders placed after noon PST will arrive in 2 business days. Large orders that contain more than 100 items or orders that contain heavy sizes may require longer processing times and will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped.

** California Residents will be charged 8.75% sales tax.

If you’re Personal Information changes or if you no longer want to use The Body Complete products you may correct, update or deactivate your Personal Information and/or your account through the account management screen. If you choose to use our “Email a Friend” service to tell a friend about the Website or The Body Complete products, the website will request your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friends name and email address is not stored in any database and will not be used for any other purpose other than the “Email a Friend” purpose.


The security of your Personal Information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
Returns & Replacements
For the safety of our customers we cannot accept returns on bath products due to health concerns. However, if your product is received damaged please contact us at sales@thebodycomplete.com. All damaged items must be verified by The Body Complete representative and remain in the original box. We will not honor any claims that have not been verified. All damaged items will be replaced with the same item once verified.
Once you place your order at The Body Complete website you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If an item is not in stock we will provide you with an expected ship date and then once shipped you will receive confirmation via email with your tracking information. You can also check the status of your orders by logging into your Account at www.thebodycomplete.com and view your order history. Your credit card is never charged until your order is shipped.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The Body Complete accepts credit cards, advertised coupons and gift certificates as payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards (as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above). You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We're sorry but we do not accept checks, money orders, or paypal at this time. When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. In rare instances, a request for credit card authorization might fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

  • Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
  • On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says "Coupon/Promotional Code."
  • Click "Apply."
  • For free shipping discounts, be sure to select the "Free Shipping method" after applying the discount code
  • If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary.
Viewing Orders
Customers can also check the status of orders by logging into their Account from the home page at www.thebodycomplete.com and view the order history. To do this, follow these steps:
  • Go to www.thebodycomplete.com home page
  • Click the “LOGIN” button at the top of the page
  • Put in the email and password in the applicable fields
  • Click the “Login” button
  • The dashboard for the applicable account will be shown
  • On this screen the past orders can be viewed and also re-ordered
Updating Account Information
Customers can also review and change account information by logging into their Account at www.thebodycomplete.com. To do this follow these steps:
  • Go to the www.thebodycomplete.com home page
  • Click the “LOGIN” button at the top of the page
  • Put in the email and password in the applicable fields
  • Click the “Login” button
  • The dashboard for the applicable account will be shown and beneath that is the account information associated with that account
  • Click on the Edit link to update any information listed
  • Once updated click the “Save Address” button at the bottom of the screen
